Special joint meeting with the Mobile Computing Promotion Consortium
Wireless Data Interoperability

This is a joint meeting between the Standards and Architecture
of the PCCA and
the Mobile Computing Promotion Consortium (MCPC) of Japan.
The PCCA and MCPC have been working together on mobile computing
for several years. The two organizations have a memorandum of understanding that
they executed in 2000.
The intent of this meeting is to summarize the status of each
and to explore the interoperability issues related to next generation wireless networks.

The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Maui Hotel.
Organizations that are not PCCA or MCPC members may attend for a fee of $300 per person.
We are holding a block of rooms at the Sheraton Maui Hotel under the
name of PCCA for the
evenings of February 6, 7, 8. Additional nights are available at the same rate subject to
